Subscribed calendar stopped updating or went blank?
Your work or school calendar suddenly shows nothing, or hasn't changed in days, and you only notice when you miss something.
Why it happens
Calendar feeds break more often than you'd think: a link expires, a server is down, or a scheduling app publishes an empty file by mistake. Your phone replaces your calendar with whatever it gets, so a broken feed can wipe your schedule without any warning.
What Calendar Corrector does differently
- If a feed comes back empty or unreadable, it keeps the last good version and tells you.
- If a feed changes a lot at once, it asks you to review the changes before they're applied.
- If a calendar hasn't updated for a while, you get a notification, and the calendar's name in Calendar says so.
Quick checks if your feed is stuck
- Open the link in Safari. If it downloads a file or asks to subscribe, the feed works.
- On a Mac, open Calendar › Settings › Accounts, choose the subscription and check how often it refreshes.
- If the link has changed, ask the organizer for the new one and add it again.
Calendar Corrector does this for you on iPhone, iPad and Mac. It’s coming soon to the App Store; your first calendar will be free. Learn more
