Only show your child's grade in a school calendar subscription

Why the school calendar is so busy

Most schools publish one calendar for the whole school. It's simpler for them, but it means a Grade 3 parent sees the Grade 7 ski trip, the Grade 5 band practice and every other class's deadline. You can't delete them, because a subscribed calendar is read-only.

Hide every other grade in two taps per grade

1. Add the school calendar to Calendar Corrector.
2. Tap any event for a grade you don't need, such as "Grade 5 · Band Practice".
3. Turn on Hide this event, tap Save, and choose All events with "Grade 5".
4. Repeat for each other grade.

School-wide events like PA days, holidays and concerts stay. New events for the hidden grades are hidden automatically as the school adds them.

More fixes for school calendars

• If every title starts with the school's name, remove it in one tap.
• Show PA days and holidays as busy so nobody books you over them.
• Add an alert the evening before field trips and form deadlines.
