Make all-day events show as busy instead of free
A colleague booked a meeting on your day off. Your calendar said you were free, because all-day events count as free.
Why it happens
Calendar apps treat all-day events as free by default, so a holiday, a PA day or a vacation from a subscribed calendar doesn't block your time. Booking tools and colleagues checking your availability see an open day.
Fix it for every event
- Add the calendar to Calendar Corrector.
- It notices and asks: "26 all-day events show you as free. Mark them busy?" Tap Fix.
To be choosy, open one event, set Show as: Busy, and apply it to all events with the same word, such as every "PA Day" or "Vacation".
